Penny Raney-Crow is the CEO and President of P & B Associates, LLC, the parent
company of Forward Leading Business Solutions and Netnoworking.
Forward Leading Business Solutions was established in 2007 as a business
consulting practice. Penny later added strategic coaching to the business' services to
be able to focus more on individual professionals wanting to succeed.
Penny began consulting in 1996 after a successful career in hospital administration.
She is certified as a Registered Healthcare Information Administrator (RHIA). She
transitioned to general business consulting in 1998 when she realized that all
companies have the same basic goal to succeed.
Penny has successfully used the same strategies with large corporations, small
businesses, and home-based businesses. These strategies focus on how to win
competitive challenges in the marketplace.
Penny's other endeavor, Netnoworking, is a busines-to-business networking service
providing business people a venue for making solid connections with each other. It
uses a casual, fun, highly effective "speed networking" approach to increase contacts,

Texas State University. She is currently attending Capella University for a Masters in
Industrial and Organizational (I-O) Psychology. Her ultimate educational goal is to
obtain her Doctorate in I-O Psychology. Penny currently lives in Austin, Texas, with her
husband, Bobby, and her dachshund, Brownie.
